-What legal restrictions are there upon openElement when used within a commercial software context?

-What legal rescrictions are there on the free website templates that come with openElement?
Are they free for any use, or any resale, or in fact not?  What commercial restrictions are there
on the included "free" website templates?

As far as I know -- there are no restrictions.
Only some 'Extensions'/Elements require a minimum amount of money to buy such extension(s),
but these come at neglectable costs.
Keep in mind that this OE ist run by volonteers. You may become one.

Fair play would be, to mention OE in one of your projects.

In addition to OE’s standard elements, some additional user designed elements are https://forum.openelement.com/en/forum_posts.asp?TID=1786&title=user-element-list" rel="nofollow -

P.S.

It is important that you understand that all help provided here is given by volunteers.

We are not openElement’s staff.

We are happy to help when we are available to provide tips, tricks, and sometimes a few code lines. We appreciate that users make a serious research and self-study effort.

Some of us work in Europe, others around the world. Consequently, the response time may also depend on time zones.

When the requirement is too great, it can be contracted and the required retribution will pay for the development.

Always take care to open a new subject for each of your questions
