having trouble figuring out how to change the contents of the slider.  There is some text and two link boxes.  Does this involve editing the code?

Hello,

Where did you took this element? Is it part of a model site?

I am using sense white. I tried coping the welcome page element from sense light. I also copied all the layers from the footer. They don't seem to be connected probably because I moved it from another project. Seemed like a cool element, but I liked the sense white page better.

To copy an element from a site to another, find it in the Common/Elements folder and copy it to the new project.

I have copy and pasted from senselight to sensewhite
 - the element
 - the entire Paneau (Group) Responsive
 - the code bloc
 - BXSLIDER_JS to Non Visual Elements
 - BSSLIDER_CSS Non Visual Elements
 - BSSLIDER_HTML Non Visual Elements
 - DISQUS_JS Non Visual Elements
 - DISQUS Non Visual Elements
 - CSS Non Visual Elements
 - WEBtnScrollTo.dll from Common > Element
 - Panneau (Group) slide_01,02,03 all to the Footer

Currently all of the panels appear all at once and do not slide.  I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.  I definitely chose a difficult element to try and transfer.  Let me know if there is anything I am misssing.

To copy an element from a project to another one, go to your project folder

Then to Common/Elements

Copy the dll and paste it into your new project's Common/Elements folder

Once it's done, open the new project, you should see it in the menu

Hello,
So you tried to transfer the BX Slider part into the senswhite project as well as the Disqus part (for comments).
This is not easy at first, the Senslight template required a lot of work beforehand.
I can do this for you on the project you modified.
All this, for training and registration at Disqus, for the price of € 20.

Brolysan, I sent you a private message.  Have you seen that?

I figured out the one thing that was missing.  I noticed in the bx_slider.js that there were two references to files under files>other>js and files>other>lib , so I went to the senselight and copied those folders over to the sense white and now it works.  I had already transferred all that other stuff.

Thanks to those that tried to help, and I hope this helps anyone else wanting to use this element

Is there a way to add, next and previous arrows, to the content slider.  I have change the BXSLIDER_JS to

    controls: true,
    prevSelector: '.slider-prev',
    nextSelector: '.slider-next',
    prevText: '',
    nextText: '',

Nothing changes when I change this.  Is there another way to change this?

I guess that you need to create the elements and assign them their respectrive CSS classes.

Add your preferred arrows both sides and assign them the CSS classes: .slider-prev and .slider-next
