I have a send form on my website

I have set outgoing email configuration to "Mail"

in practice it gives my message that I have put in "message to display if sending fails " in email form configuration,

but it also gives this error------error02 - Could not instantiate mail function.

can anybody help me plz?

Hi again

I am using Senswhite template.

for send form I still have diffficulty.

I dis set ougoing email configuration to SMTP and entered servername username and password

I also set the email form

when in website I click send button this error message comes. I have contacted my host and they checked their site and said their side is correct and it must be from miller function or so (I am not expert in programming and I dont understand much these ).

Can anybody help me!

Am I missing any setting in Open Elements?

The OE-crew ist out of business till next year. Vacation?

So, you may not get a helpful answer until probably january 6th.

Unless another guru knows an answer. I'm not that guru.

Maybe you selected something like SSL, and the connection can not execute that protocol?

I too have the same problem. I've been struggling with this for about two months. I've looked at the video tutorials (official ones in Fench and unofficial ones) and wiki page. It looks like they are all on an older version of Open Element... Can we assume this is a bug in the latest version and to just display the contact email address in a jpg image or similar for now??
