What is the element used to build the “scattering and reassembling” mouse over effect as displayed in the open elements’ home page (see the scattering & reassembling circles below the description “Why Open Element” in http://www.openelement.com/

Hi,
It is not an element. OE allows you to add code and third-party solutions according to your needs and experience. In this case we used the powerful D3 javascript library with an example found on the Web, and wrote a little bit of code to make it work as we wanted. |

P.S. I'd also like to warn you that few people seem to like this kind of effects. So if you want it for "general public", consider to forget this idea.

You can analyse the page source code and find the code, if you have some experience (without experience you may have difficulties even if I publish the code here)
