Is there a way of applying an image to the page backlground without optimisation and tiling ?

I looked at the image options & tried resizing by percentage. (150 % X and Y )
The boxes at bottom of screen do not accept any values.
when importing the image there is no option here either - turning off optimisation didnt stop tiling.

cheers

Hi,

Optimisation can be turned off to keep the original images, I think you've already found how. Just consider that it uses very efficient modules and sometimes helps to reduce event the size of already optimised images, without losing the perceived quality.

The tiling is controlled using the menu Styles->Personnalization on the right. Choose needed position using Image Position->Predefined, and the Image Repetition.

For resizing, I think you will need to resize the original image before using it.

Good day

Thankyou for your advice. That information is useful.
To achieve what I wanted I found if I add an image element it works well.

Just resize to required screen size by dragging or inserting dimensions into the X Y boxes at bottom of screen then make sure it is "sent to back" if adding new elements.

(Why didn't I think od that before ?Angry
cheers
