Hello
Is there a way to make the upper-content to be transparent (to show the background picture loaded in the site)? The opacity has a different effect.. Cheers, G

Hi Chris
Yes that is the situation. Thank you for the feedback. The issue was solved after making the Main Frame with transparent background. It wasn't enough to make only the Upper content transparent. Thanks again, G

Hi!
Usually it is transparent by default, unless you start your project with a template (model), in whilch case you need to find (usually in the page's Base Layer) the zones that have some background. What is the site template you used? Good day D |

Hi
I didn't use any template. I started a page from scratch. But my upper content is white, by default - not transparent. I am new to OE. Where can I find the page base layer? Tks

Hi Guderian,
If I understand correctly, you want to have an image as the background of the whole site (whole page). But the image is obstructed by the Upper Content zone? If that is the case, select the Page Background zone of the page (as opposed to Main Frame, Upper Content, Footer, etc.) from the Zone dropdown selector (Top menu, Element Style Zone tab, Left side, button 2). Assign the background image there, it will take up the entire screen. Now theoretically, anything you drag to the Upper Content or Main Frame will be visible. If you are still having trouble with a white background, select the page's Main Frame, go to Background Color (in the top menu) and click on the Restore Default eraser icon.... Do the same for Upper Content zone. Hope this helps. Let us know if you continue having problems.
