I have a relatively huge website, some 7 GB.
My question is now: Is there a posibility to mark local (selected?) pages/entities/folders as 'uploaded'? As 'do not upload them (again)'. So they won't upload anytime again, if I switch the (testing-)domains p.e. Most images are online already, so no need to upload them again. PS, OT: the simple FTP is working again. So I may use differential upload again. It took us a few days to correct that. The upolad was aborted sometime in the middle.
Reason unknown. Lasted for several weeks, was not very pleasant. Obyiously happend while the provider merged with some other company. And they moved the whole equipment. SFTP is working, too - with filezilla. Not (yet) with oE. There is really no need for it. Edited by digizar - May 30 2020 at 10:10am |

That's not what I mean. If swapping from one domain/server to another one (as I occasionally do for testing) (Project ... Preferences ... Configuration ... Server Address) it forces oE to upload ALL files/pages to the new Server. That is not required, and if required, I could use 'Complete' upload. But so far I can live with the current situation. So I close the issue als Resolved. One of these days I'll have a look @ the sources, I think I have them.
