   Has anyone else had this problem?

My Norton Security is flagging and quarantining the
OpenElement additional downable elements as have a threat. 

When I download and
install them Norton Quarantines some part of the them. For example Filename:
WEGe823c8d0.dll Threat name: Heur.AdvML.B in WEGe823c8d0.dll.

Some appear in the element menu others are missing and others
have limited functionality. 

Also, when close the Open element and reopen it they
disappear from the element menu.

I’m thinking this may be a false positive in Norton as it sees
the element connecting to open element cloud services?

All the existing element work fine from the Open Element
install and are not flagged by Norton during the program installation.
