First suggestion
To allow borders on text and text link instead of using tables Second Suggestion To have the options a - lock position of elements in layers which is the default b - to allow moving elements when the layer is a base for a page I hope they are easily programmable |

Hi,
1) You can easily put borders on text and link elements. 2) b) In the latest version if you use "relative" positioning for the page main area (to be activated in base layer in Page->Responsive->Sections of the page), you can combine baselayer elements and page elements, for example put page elements above or in the middle of layer elements. |

P.S. Otherwise you can manually overload element positioning wit a Code Block (Source) type CSS on your page. For example, your base layer's element's ID is WE1234567890, in this case you add the code:
#WE1234567890 { left: 10px; top: 10px; } |
