There is an error message when submitting an e-mail form it says "An error was encountered while sending email! Please try again later or contact the server administrator. {"State":"success","ErrorDescription":""}" and the page crashes.

Despite the error message the form is sent. any idea why the error message?

Hi,

Try to republish your site in the Complete mode.

If it does not help, could you please give the link to your online page?

Now the error message changed and shows the following "An error was encountered while sending email!
Please try again later or contact the server administrator.

the web pages with the error are http://www.hrssci.com/Pricequote.html and http://www.hrssci.com/Pricequote.html

Please make sure .htaccess files are published. I suggest you use Project->Export to Folder, then upload ALL resulting files and folders with FileZilla (and check the error log at the top of FileZilla to see what's wrong, maybe you don't have enough disk space for example).

The issue is the " . "In front of the file name.

This should not be the issue, unless your server is weird or maybe Windows without .htaccess support.. On what stage you have the problem?

Could you please find out details about the server - operating system, whether PHP and .htaccess are enabled, etc.
If it's a free hosting, I don't recomend to even try - you may eventually manage to make sending mail work (which is not sure) just to discover in several days that it is no longer working.

Can you try to use FileZilla to connect to your server and create .htaccess file (to create a file right-clickthe right half where the online content is). Or copy an .htaccess file with FileZilla. Is there the same error message?
