I simply tried to add a ballon tooltip in a frame, but I found some option is doubled. I send you the link with the visible image of the opened panel showinf two time "Top-left", but there are others doubled... can it be this, why launching oE it lastly, say there is an error?

	Hi. Hmmm it's not an error in the list of options but a bad translation. Example: it should be Top-left, Top-middle, Top-right for "above" tooltips; then for "on the right" tooltips it's Right-top, Right-middle and Right-bottom, and I think there's a difference in displaying "Top-right" vs "Right-top" tooltips. I will note to fix the translation. Good day D

	Sorry, but to me looks like error 'cause I have all other options. Only that and Middle are doubled...I use the english version 'cause I don't remeber too much french language...it is too much time I don't speak, read and write it... Thanks for your attention
