I just started with oe and would like to practice on an existing template.  At these times all websites should be responsive to different viewing platforms, so I downloaded the responsive-01 template which annoyingly and surprisingly is the only template which appears under the 'responsive' sub section.  However, when even testing this site on an iPhone the menu doesn't render well and even more worryingsome, the links do not move you.  Try it youself here, http://models.openelement.com/ResponsiveCenter01/

My question then, is it this the only responsive template available, or are some others also perhaps more updated and the template search doesn't work too well?

Thanks
Andy

Hi and welcome.

It is true that openElement lacks responsive elements and models, it obtained responsive functionalities too recently. We plan to add more models in the future, as well as media query management; the one model available is the first experience (but used quite a lot).

Normally it worked well on iPhones (the link you specified may malfunction as there's an iframe inserted automatically by openElement website which may provoke random errors). Could you please provide a model of your iPhone and give the link to your test site (via a private message if it's not to be shown publicly)?

Good day
D

P.S. You may create your responsive sites/models yourselffrom scratch (a model is just a usual openElement project, and you can modify and rework it completely).
