Some people get the message that my "domain is not safe". Can I do something about that?

The exact message is:

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Privacybeleid

Which says: Your connection is not private. Cybercriminals could be trying to steal your data from www.leondegroot.nl.

Use SSL (httpS), means, the transmission is 'scrambled'.
Which ist standard these days.
Contact your provider.

You need to get an SSL certificate added to you domain.  SSL stands for Secret Socket Layer
