so is it fixed??? I had a similar problem because I use my mobile phone as my internet and the IP address would not regester.. cant remember how I got aroung it.. sory ... I'm just watching the end result...

The issue here was the PC itself. Not related with OpenElement nor Hosting service.
The site could be published once moved to another PC
