You may verify with them to see if there is an issue

Ok. Just finished filezilla upload. (All files successful)

Still getting a 403 error.... Grrr  Ouch

One thing I noticed.... all files in public_html are dated Dec 31, 1969, 7:00PM (in cPanel)

Weird right?

To be honest with you guys, I have 0 coding knowledge and I hardly understand the way a browser takes these files and builds a webpage out of them.

That being said, I have this weird feeling that the problem is something with my file structure.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks again for the help guys.

Probably you might give it a chance
if you disable these lines of this portion
Use
OE ... Project ... Htaccess

#Protect .htaccess
# <Files .htaccess>
# order allow,deny
# deny from all
# </Files>
