Email form will submit once, then it gives an error.

I've got it set up the same way as my previous OE project.
That project was published online. (form works perfect at this time)
Then I built a new project and published it to the same server. (attempting to overwrite)
Now I get this error but only after one successful submission.

This is very strange to me, I figure if it works once it should work again right? Please help Confused

I wonder if I need to wipe the files from the server and try again.
Please help.... Let me know
Thanks

If your server marks any incoming message as 'protected', you better do not overwrite them.
Check your server settings.

It's my guess, but may be wrong.

I'm using godaddy hosting with cPanel. It's the plan that is advertised in OE.

Can you help me find out if my server marks any incoming message as 'protected'? How can I find this?

Thanks

Do you have SSL on this domain?

Yes, I'm using the SSL that godaddy provides.

In the past I've had to redirect the domain on cPanel in order to get the certificate to show up. But even then, I wasn't having this issue. (seems like the cert would show up on a computer but not on a phone.)
This probably has nothing to do with it but you might need to know.

This just started now that I'm using a new project on the same domain.

Thanks

UPDATE:

If I take the "s" off of "https://"..... making it http://..... then it works fine.

As far as I can tell. It's just the SSL.

Thanks

The last project had SSL with this domain and it worked just fine. It didn't have this problem until I published the new project over the old website.

Should I have godaddy create a new SSL key?

Please help! Confused
Thanks
