Using the Google Analytics feature in Open Element, it doesn't work.
Google says paste the code into the first lines of the .htm file. When I used the Open Element configuration, it pastes the code in a bit further down (line 20 maybe?). When I use the Open Element configuration, Google Analytics does not "see" my site traffic. When I manually edit the .htm file with Notepad++ and paste the Google Analytics code in on line 2 of the .htm file it works fine. Any idea what's going on here or how to mitigate the problem? It would be much easier if I did not have to manually edit the .htm files every time. Thanks in advance. |

Bump!
Can anyone figure out what I'm doing wrong? Did I not state my problem clearly? Thanks!

Sorry, in that topic I can't help you. I'm still not that expert.
Recently there was a posted message that the team is away for a few weeks. But these weeks should be over by now. I'm a bit anxious what is going on with OE. Edited by digizar - 10 Feb 2019 at 19:11 |
