Hello, I'm trying to add some menu bars to this site of mine, and I'm wondering is it possible to get the line and the bar shape to tile off to the left and right forever? I'm just missing which setting does that.
I may want to use a bitmap graphic to make the horizontal lines, but using the basic horizontal line would be easier for now. Thanks for any help The site I'm working on: http://www.mightyvikingsgame.com/ Lloyd |

Hi,
First of all you should put your page content width to 100% screen size. The easiest way to do so is to use the top menu Page->Responsive->100% width. then you can make elements 100% width as well. |

I set the page width to 100%, how do I make elements 100% width?
You can see this test red menu bar on my site that doesn't tile the way I want.. http://www.lsminiatures.com/ Lloyd |

First, I would recommend to update the oE to the latest version 1.57-R9.
Your 'bar' looks like an image; an image of predefined size. That might be hard or even impossible to scale. So, I recommend to listen to Dmit's advices, because I personally do not have experience with 'responsive desings' yet. So far, I center the page contents - and keep the size constrained to a common smartphone area w/o the need to scroll. Works fine on large monitors, too. One of these days that probably might change. Also, I would put the 'constant' matters (navigations) in a 'layer/template', and then use that layer in the particular page(s). Layers/templates can also easily be nested. PS: Obviously you are working on this http://www.lsminiatures.com/ right now, since the page content changed completely. Looks nice and clean, and pops up quickly. Good job so far Think about the Layers! And the CSS. Makes work a lot easier and cleaner. The link in your 1st post didn't work at all. Edited by digizar - Dec 25 2017 at 5:49pm |

Those are useful suggestions thanks. I decided to fade the top menu bar at the sides, but like I said I's preferred to have the blue menu bar extend off in each direction but I cant work out how to make that happen.
