   Hi there I am new to OpenElement and so far have found it very good to use as I am a beginner with website developing.
However I am having an issue with some templates saying I need to download the latest version to be able to use them but when I go to website I cannot download anything other than 1.53 R5 version and only from Softontic's website, the main website download and softpedia don't work.

Can someone confirm what the latest version is and how I can get it, but if 1.53 R5 is the latest could someone help me work out why some templates wont load and ask for latest version to be installed?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

	I wonder what's wrong with Chrome but I can download the app using Firefox on https://www.openelement.com/Download.htm Version 1.57 r9

	Ah yes it could be a chrome issue for sure, I will try from my dedicated server browser and if not then I am happy to install firefox to get the latest working! Thanks very much for the reply I was hoping it was an issue my end!

	SOLVED: Was an issue with chrome blocking the download, used Microsoft Edge and worked first time.
