Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Hi
My web host has just changed the mail config.  I have attempted to change the email form in my website using the same parameters/setting that I use successfully in my email client.
However, when I try to send a message via my website email form I get the following error:

error02 - SMTP Error
Could not connect to SMTP host

The new mail server my web host is using is IMAP and I have used the exact settings that work for my email.  The port number used is 465

Any idea why this works for emailbut not from my website please?
