Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

Hey,

I've never gotten the forms to work, but I thought I have to find out now. So basically, when clicking the "Submit" button (which is the button clicked to send the data to my email) it throws me this error:

L'adresse d'expéditeur suivante a échoué : ( my email )

I have tried putting nothing in "Sender email adress", another email, same email as recipient, nothing works. It gives me that error all the time, and it's getting kind of annoying.

Did I do anything wrong? I can't find it.

I hope someone would like to help,

	Hi and welcome. Do you use SMTP with parameters as a mailing mode (menu Project->Preferences->Publishing parameters, if I'm not mistaking - same page where you specify FTP parameters)? Did you try to use Mail, then Sendmail (instead of "SMTP"), to see if a "simple" sending works? Good day D

	P.S. Currently there's a bug with SMTP (depending on the server), which is already fixed but the fix is not yet in the latest version. We plan to release the new version in several days - by the end of this week or the next week. It may resolve your problem.

	Yay, it worked just changing it to Mail instead of SMTP. Thank you, appreciate it!
