Hi, I am adding a new page to the site based on sensode black template. I
modified the home page to include an additional section that will show
embedded videos from a Youtube channel. Base menu works well, mobile
menu works well, Home Page works well. The
base menu has an additional field that links with the new section of the
page (shown below). Each thumbnail will link to an embedded video in
the new page. For this new page, I have
cloned the News page to show the videos. I want to maintain the
structure of this page (3 sections), so that I will use one section for
each video. Currently (News page configuration)
each of the sections has two parts, one for the image and one for the
text. This is shown as follows: - In the PC view: the screen is split in two, showing image field and the text -
In Smartphone view: The image size adapts to the screen, which means
that if you see it horizontally, the image does not fit and one has to
scroll to see it all. Text goes below and adapts to the frame seamlessly For
my new configuration I just need space for the video, a title and a gap
for the three social media buttons. But I want that the window for the
video is shown complete, regardless of the orientation of the mobile
phone So, after this -excessively
long-prologue, the question is, how do I configure the embedded youtube
windows under the the "news" page configuration, ensuring that the video
will always fit, regardless device and orientation. Any guidance will be most welcome Edited by WattJet - Jul 01 2020 at 6:10pm |

I don't think that the element allows auto height therefore you have to fix the height yourself
Then use Edut Medias to resize as close as possible frem the desired format.
