 Let me open my source for the public, if interest exists.

It's by far not complete yet,
 but could give a fundamental understanding of how possibly to structure a huge website.
I kept it at a beginner's level.
Bi-lingual, german and english.
It is NOT responsive, because reponsivness could cause disaster.
But it fits nicely on known devices.

 OE ist a far more powerful tool,
but that would obviously require some more detailed info/knowledge about html & co.

The source can freely -and at no costs- be downloaded here (~1 GB):
I removed that sample source (zip) because ist has grown up to 7 GB.
But may be I'll deliver a shorter sample, soon.
