Hi All,
I am not able to open a newly downloaded version of Open Element on my Windows 10 PC. This is the error I get. Any assistance is appreciated:

Remove or disable your anti-virus prior installation

Hi Hobby001,
Thank you for your reply. Turns out the PC we tried to install it onto had been upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and something about that upgrade was not compatible. It may be what you suggested. However, we were able to load it onto a new PC that had factory installed Windows 10 and it worked fine. Wheeewwhh. Appreciated your suggestion. G

You may verify if all Windows 10 patches where implemented and try again.
