Hi,  I would like to capture data from the person wanting to download PDF's.  How would I go about setting this up on a website? (I would put GDPR / PRIVACY notice next to the input fields so the person knows how the data will be used)
I'm not very technical, so step by step advice would be appreciated.

Please indicate what data you want to capture and how you want to use it (allow/deny access, store etc.)
