I want to duplicate my home page, rename it and use it as an additional page in my website.

Your homepage template is the index.liquid file for most themes.
go to home-right click-Duplicate

In my version of Open Element it's called "clone." I should have realized, but I was looking for either "duplicate" or a "Copy / Paste" seletiopn. Again, Thanks! More dumb noob questions to come!
