Once the project is 'Exported to Folder', all changes are marked as 'done/transferred'. 157R9.
So, the subsequent attempt to 'Publish to Web' does not transfer those changed files anymore.
It would require a complete 'Publish to Web'. 
Might be inconvenient. Just be aware of that, because it could cause considerable confusion.
Or did I miss something?

	Hi, Using both Publish and Export is confusing; sometimes one would use Export to publish manually, so it all goes online and no need to re-publish it; sometimes it would be used for other purposes. In any case, this is a sensible point in OE and I prefer to not touch it too much just yet..
